• Start by licking slowly and then increase speed.
  
  
• Combine stimulation - use a finger or vibrator to stimulate her clitoris while you lick her labia or finger her gspot while you lick and suck on her clitoris. You can even finger her anus, but if you do, remember not to bring that finger back to her vaginal area so that you do not expose her vagina or your mouth to harmful bacteria.
  
  
• Use the heat of your breath to your advantage. Part of what makes oral sex so intimate for a woman is knowing that your mouth is warming her. You can use a warming lubricant for added effect.
  
  
• If you use a flavored lubricant, use one that does not have glycerin or sugar as they can contribute to yeast infections. The one we most recommend is the System Jo Flavored Lubricant line. It tastes the best of all the flavored lubricants we have tried, it has healthy ingredients that will not cause health problems and it is not sticky like many of the others.
  
  
• Women are often very self conscious about the vagina, so make sure to tell her how much you love her lovely vulva and show enthusiasm while doing it. Allow yourself to become ravenous for her and she will enjoy it even more. Attitude during sex is key to heightening desire and passion.
  
  
• Penetrate her with your tongue. Just because you will not reach her gspot, don’t think that it is not pleasurable to have your tongue thrusting in and out of the vagina opening. There are rich nerve endings there and it feels wonderful!

• To make sure that the anal sex toy or prostate massager that you use is safe, make sure that it has a wide, flared base, ring or handle that will keep it from moving too far up your anus and into your intestines.
  
  Beginners should always start with smaller anal sex toys and work upward. Starting out with a very large anal sex toy can cause damage to the anal tissue and if inserted far enough can even cause tearing of the intestines.

One of my favorite things to do when performing fellatio on my husband is to gently tap on his anus. No pushing the finger inside, just a gentle tapping. I can feel him pucker when my finger hits the skin. It’s a little thing that just drives him wild. I also will use a little lubricant and slowly massage his anus. Going in small circles and applying pressure but not pushing my finger in will guarantee that he doesn’t last too long and give me a sore jaw.

Another thing to do is to use a good tasting edible lubricant. If you are not one who enjoys this but does it to please your lover it will make it a little more enjoyable for both of you. Also if you do not want to swallow remember that men are visual creatures and will love to see their semen splash your face or breasts.
